Rincon Sapiência's musical career began in São Paulo back in 2000, and he has since advanced to become one of the leading lights of the Brazilian hip-hop scene. The influences that he has gradually incorporated into his sound over the years range from electronic music to rock, ska, reggae, and samba to the classic boom-bap style of the 1990s. His live shows are where his music truly comes alive, always loud and complemented by the skills of DJ Mista Luba and his live band.
