Teto Ocampo
Teto Ocampo is a Columbian director, composer, and musician with Mucho Indio. Teto is a graduate of the Musicians Institute of Technology in Los Angeles, California, a teacher of guitar, music theory, harmony, jazz, and history of Colombian music, and a researcher of Indigenous music. For 27 years, he has collaborated with artists such as Sidestepper, Maria Mulata, Victoria Sur, Antonio Arnedo, Juan Sebastián Monsalve, Michael Hornstein, Pacho Dávila, Toro Quinteto, Río Son, Iván y Lucía, Banda Dispersa de la Madre Selva, and La Barahunda. He is also the host of the ethnomusical television series Expedición Sonora for Señal Colombia, which has also been broadcast in Mexico and Argentina. He has also produced music for numerous television series and theaters.
